For the Super Bowl I boiled 24 Italian sausages in red sauce for 6 hours, making an emulsion of pig fat and tomato essence. The mlw, Kerstin, Erik, Nate, Mary, and Aaron all joined in the eating and cheering for the underdog Saints. I like Peyton Manning, but I was happy to see New Orleans win, although my view slightly blocked by my distended belly.
