After Cordoba, we took a bullet train past all the olive trees in the world to Sevilla, a vibrant, progressive, and boastful town. Almost immediately we got lost in the labyrinth of narrow streets, but every so often you pop out on some plaza where there's something going on. The angles of the streets are so disorienting that at one point we walked completely around the Archivo De La Indias trying to find that very building. We also used my phone and Google Maps to help a young Grenadian find the Plaza De Salvador. The Plaza De Salvador is where young people hang out and smoke.
I feel so nerdy by how much I used my phones mapping feature and Internet. It really is like the Hitchhiker's Guide. I'm sure I could get by in a foreign town without it and might even discover more, but is just makes it so much easier.
