We  took former NYC'er Holly to a New York classic, Sammy's Roumanian Steak House on Tuesday. We were involuntarily joined by a convention of lighting salesmen from all over the US. Sammy's is a racous environment with a keyboardest leading a classic Jewish sing-a-long and the waiters serving vodka from ice-encased bottles.
